GENEALOGY AT THE AVELLA PUBLIC LIBRARY

The Genealogy Department of the Avella Area Public Library consists of a collection of historical books, census records and cemetery records in typed format. 

Genealogical assistance is available by appointment.

The Community Center, of which the Library is part of, is host to mining memorabilia and photographs related to local history.
